Mr.Cool Collision did a great job estimating & repairing my car, & kept me well informed along the way.My estimator, Coley, gave me a reasonable price on parts & labor, let me know when they used OEM or aftermarket parts, & was open to my feedback & questions. Once I handed my car over for repairs, I did have to call them first for status of the repairs after a few days without a call, but they were apologetic & I don’t think that is the norm. Afterwards they kept me in the loop over text & phone about the repairs & a slight but reasonable price increase due to required labor.I had frontals damage from a truck backing into my sedan at the gas station.They were able to bend my radiator support bar back into shape & replace + repair fully my grille, hood, & horn. Parts were like brand new, & the paint job they did on the hood was great. Other collision centers would’ve wanted to replace the whole beam & charge more. My car was also lightly cleaned when I got my car back.I had my car back for a month now & my car has driven just fine. Overall, I can say that Mr.Cool Collision treated my car & I very well, & I’m inclined to believe they would treat you & your car well too.

Got a car off of Carvana that had some damage /from transportation on the driver side pillar. Took it to Mr Cool collision center on a Monday they had it back to me on that Thursday, with taking the windshield out fixing the damage and painting it ! Cool experience, cool people go to Mr Cool!

They were really fast at fixing my car. They communicated well throughout the process. Peter and Mr. Cool himself helped fight with the insurance company on my behalf and my car was ready earlier than expected. My family and I have been doing business with him for 15 years and I’m looking forward to the next 15! Thanks Mr Cool!

I will definitely be recommending Mr. Cool Collision Center. They provided incredible service on my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Great communication throughout the whole process and my car looked just like the day I bought it. James and Peter took great care and handled every detail. Their price for the repairs was reasonable. My car was hit so I was referred to Mr. Cool Collisions. They were super kind, helpful and displayed GREAT customer service. They made a stressful situation very easy and stress free. The workers I interacted with were very joyful and seemed to enjoy what they do! They kept me updated on the status of my car and did a great job. I could not recommend them more.
