I had an amazing experience here! I stopped in for an issue with some trim clips on my car, and they had everything fixed and looking perfect in about 10 minutes. Peter Cardona helped me out and was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish, as well as his service team. It’s rare to find a shop that provides this level of service.They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for any body work I need in the future. I can't recommend Mr. Cool's enough!

Thank you for fixing four of our cars. You guys fixed my daughters Kia forte 2 times my sons F250 and our f350. All look amazing. Highly recommend Mr Cool. We drove from Sweetwater just to come here their service and work is amazing. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My key fob was swallowed by the undercarriage of my car seat and could not be seen. Took it to Me Cool and Peter and crew got into the seat and found it. They did not charge me, so my experience could not be greater.

I was ran off the road and I thought my wife's 2004 Mustang was toast. I was ready to negotiate my write off with Progressive but the boys at Mr. Cool CAME THROUGH! Shout out to Eddie especially, he took one look at my wife's 04 Mustang and treated like it was his own 1997 Mustang, now that's the kind of guy I wanted to fix our ride. The catalytic converter, waste gate, cross member, and few other bits and bobs needed to be fixed after I was forced to make a split second decision to avoid a head on collision that forced me to bottom out pretty bad on a narrow country road. Here's the cherry on top, they let me cancel the cat, straight pipe her and even let me upgrade the rear end with the parts I already had since she was on the lift anyway. THESE GUYS DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!

Peter was lovely to work with, he was so personable and kind. He has been working with my boyfriend for months and has put every effort into finding a solution despite it being completely out of his control. When it came to my car, he took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure it was in good shape.
